The Runcible Spoon

We had the pleasure of meeting Louella at our ice cream social over the summer. She's been in the food/restaurant biz forever and is a real expert in the world of gluten-free diets. She actually sells gluten-free cooking sauces and offered to come by and give a demo. We loved her cooking and bought a few sauces to give as prizes at our super secret picnic.

Some of the highlights were a lemongrassy soup, tofu puffs to dip in curry sauces, a healthy pad thai and baby bok choi stir fried in an essential sauce. Yumtown, USA. Thanks, Louella!
